2/23/24 I contacted this business over a lawsuit over the phone that was filed against me for 2 collections accounts. I had received no contact from them prior to the lawsuit taped to my door. I submitted my divorce decree to them over email on march 1st 2024 because these debts were taken in my divorce by the other party. I was informed this would redirect the debt, and I provided the phone number and address for the other party. I have reached back multiple times over the course of the last month to see if these have been corrected as they have not been removed from my credit and I have not been informed these have been redirected. Due to the nature of the divorce, me being a victim of domestic violence victim, and having filed a PFA against the other party as well as the divorce— communicating with the other party directly is not feasible. I have been relying solely on response from the agency in which they have not been compliant.Business response

Hi I had got a garnishment from hollins and mcvay with my employer .I never received proper paperwork saying what I owed and never got court paper work.I don't know what that garnishment is for? Now they are garnishing my wages and saying they can.Ive been a victim of identity theift and believe the garnishment there trying to take from me isn't mine.They refuse to do things the right way and hung up on me.What can I do to fix this.?Business response
