              i ordered a new pair of glasses on Friday, 28Jun2024. Then the very next Monday, 1Jul2024, I cancelled my order because I found an old pair of glasses. I have called on 1Jul2024 and was told to wait 6-8 weeks for a refund to my credit card. Since then, I have called at total of seven times and the last time, 26Aug2024, I was told it would now be 10-12 weeks for a refund. So, once again, I called today 9Sep2024 and talked to *****. She said she would look into it and email someone today reference my situation. I informed her that I was going to contact the BBB and/or the Kansas Attorney General to file a complaint. My phone number is *** ******** I am a 75 year old veteran and would just like some help. Thank you in Advance.

              I give them no stars. I have been to them in the past but they have become horrible. After my eye exam I was told I needed a new pair of glasses. While ordering the glasses they said my insurance would not pay for no-line glasses and I would have to pay $284. They also tried to force me to sign a paper. This after charging my credit card for the $284. I refused to sign the paperwork and walked out. Since they had changed my credit card I assumed that the order would go through. They played games with me for 3 weeks telling me, and I quote, "it's been ordered, but we're waiting for it to get here. " They acted as though they really did search and it was going to come. They also said they would "call me right back." Of course I always had to call them. Today they finally admitted that the glasses were never ordered. They claimed that they refunded me the $284, but I verified with my credit card company that there was no sign of EyeDoctors actually attempting to refund me. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, and am awaiting resolution. I called
