      see attached I originally bought a pair of shoes

      *** ******* originally came into our store on 10-14-23. the following Monday. the employee who is responsible to order shoes. called her to inform her the shoes she originally wanting were unavailable from the company at that time. the Customer came back into the store that same day and we picked out 2 styles and while she waited we checked the availability of both styles we settled on one pair of blue Propets. Customer seemed happy that we fixed the problem. picked up the shoes a week later was happy with fit of shoes at this time. the next day following pickup of product. she called wanting the shoes water and stained protected upset that we didn't do it at time of pickup. asked her if she said she wanted it done at time of pickup she said no she did not. so we provided the service. about 3 weeks later customer brought in shoes complaining about fit. we at that time Refunded Client her money. It was at this time we thought about divorcing the customer as a customer.  this was around mid November at this time. Around the end of December  She came back into our store ****** decided she would give ** ******* another Chance. She brought out several pairs of shoes Including the Original pair of shoes we had ordered for her. she ended up choosing the original pair of propets we had ordered and she had already returned once. At this time *** ******* was told there was no returns, due to her history with our store. it was roughly January 20th that the client came back in for the first time, wanting to return the shoes, our store policy for a return you have to have the receipt and the box and there is a 2 week return window.  she did not have the Receipt.  and she was reminded by ****** that she was told at the time of purchase there was no returns on this product.  To Summarize she was told at time of purchase due to her history there was no returns. and she waiting past the 2 weeks and had no receipt

      3 weeks later I sent back the complaint@ the fit. Then she paid me back w/a check & her bank wasn't even in Topeka so I had to drive to Lawrence, KS f /the refund which really irritated me because she couldn't give me back cash like I gave her originally & also they didn't have any money in their drawer. Why is she divorcing me as a customer because all I wanted was a shoe that fit comfortably & properly! Then I came back in @ the end of December then ****** decided to give me another chance to rip me off! Then she gave me no alternatives & she has the "balls" to tell me the last time we picked out the "ugly Teal" shoes then she spent too much time waiting on Me, what-???-Therefore, of course I didn't have-a receipt became she deliberately didn't give Me a receipt so I would have no recourse of getting a refund so I was supposed to take the only Style that Propet had & they were a "Teal" color which I thot were kind of ugly to say the least! Yes, I did return the "ugly Teal" shoes for the ist time, then I didn't even get an original receipt f/that pair so then she told Me there was NO RETURNS due to Propets they ordered f/Me@ that time plus she had Me buy the same pair twice?? So if you

      were a consumer would you like shoddy, unprofessional customer service? Yes, I did return the "ugly Teal" pair a 2nd time & I think that was when she said. She spent too much time on Me, what??? Then I didn't realize that@ taking the "ugly Teal" pair back she kept that original pair on a shelf & she then resold that "ugly Teal" pair w/a gray shoe & pink accents f/only $55.00 total. ***** & her boss were very professional w/how they treated Me!!! I went back into her Store in Topeka & told her@ their kindness & professionalism & she replied, "Oh, I'm glad you got another pair of shoes f/them & she donated the pair to charity which I didn't like because she tried to "pawn" them off on to Me twice!! How's that for her lousy customer service which got "her" in the end!!
