            Service call was requested by me for partial stoppings sink of laundry room, Nane arrived 07/03/23 tried to clear stoppage laundry sink more than one time without success. I have contacted the owner I gathered from conversation that no one was instructed to return to his truck. When he returned I was advised Andre would write up an estimate to correct the problem. Andre did view with flexible camera viewing on the computer. Andrew went to his van to write up estimate he returned with estimate which was not itemized. Two things were disturbing to me the owner no talking in front of me and going to his truck during conversation. As the customer I have the right to be included. I felt something was off. I am a senior citizen however I am not stupid. Second point I called office on 07/05/20223 requested item estimate I was never called back.

            Negative stars if it was possible. Pat, the owner, does not want to hear an honest opinion from an established costumer that has spent a lot of money with his company. Pat is condescending and tries to put customer in her place when voiced opinion after being asked by him and after he apologized for his own company missing an issue 6 months earlier that put health of family and home at risk. His company does work on systems without the customer being told or approving said work. BEWARE! Other companies in Topeka that have better owners and ones that are respectful to customers especially women that have opinions and can state them.

            Our goal every day is to ensure that our customers are taken care of and safe in their homes. When I came to your home with our Install Manager, I was prepared to provide a quote for a new system in addition to the repair option given. After speaking to you I felt you were very frustrated and you indicated that you believed we caused the issue. This response led me to think that you did not trust our company and did not feel comfortable with our repairs, therefore I encouraged you to reach out to another company. The manufacturer backs this finding as this is a known issue. Please have the other companies you contacted verify their findings with the Rheem/Ruud manufacturer’s rep as we have, as I am concerned for your safety. Of course, any work that we have previously done is covered by the warranty we have put on it. I am open to finding a mutual resolution to this situation.
