I moved into the new trailer on the first of October 2021. On the 16th of October I put in a maintenance request because the AC units were not working there was an FO code on the split units in the trailer. This has been an on going issue since. Most recently I put in another request with the same code (they "fixed" it in the early part of July, a text was sent to me stating they were looking for the resolution to the "leak"). This request was put in on the 26th of July. I have not heard back from the manager at all. I have put in several requests for this same issue to be looked at and fixed over the past couple of days without receiving any communication back from the manager or the property owners. I have purchased a window unit considering we are in a heat advisory. I do have fans but they just move the hot air around. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Business response
