    Jan 23rd, 2023 Complaint: We contacted Heinen PHE, to install new electrical in the kitchen and heating coils in our ****** Furnace. One job ( installation of electrical outlets and wiring), is completed, the other (installing heating coils) after 4 months is not. After installing/putting in the heating coils, Jerry told us that he wasn't sure the coils were compatible with our furnace brand - 4 months later, there has been no resolution and we had not received the invoice for the kitchen electrical job as of mid-April. On April 30th, over 4 months from the service date(s), we received an invoice (dated April 10th) for installing electrical in the kitchen. There was no itemized labor description (it doesn't list "labor") on the invoice, just the total for parts and then the number $****. After receiving this invoice and calling multiple times, Jerry (owner) refused to send us an itemized listing of the hours and rate per hour for the installation of the kitchen or send a picture of what he had to show the for total cost of labor on the invoice. Twice, and separately, he hung up on my husband and then myself when inquiring about the itemized labor invoice. He told us "i didn't charge you for installing the coils since i don't know if they work". He finally shared the hours/rate per hour over the phone after 3 weeks of calling him asking for the breakdown. His hours of service are 6 hours, 3 for him and 3 for his tech, (this is about $*** in labor costs) more than what we have documented (start/end times) & he refuses to send us the actual documented hours/dates of service. We have sent unanswered texts & calls for over 4 months to get a resolution on the two jobs - we want to pay for the work, but want to be certain we know what we are paying for. We do not trust him to finish the job of installing the coils (if that even happens). Please help us get an itemized invoice and adjusted billing and keep these types of ******* business practices out of our state.

The business has character when it comes to communication and take pride in offering quality in all the work they complete.
