For the last 2 months the air conditioner for my apartment has gone out 7 times. Each time it has taken 2-3 days to get fixed. So now their solution was to put a portable air conditioner in the middle of my living room. There is an exterior vent going out the front patio door entrance making it impossible for me to lock the patio door & secure my apartment. Plus now my electric bill is going to be sky high.Initial Complaint

*** ** ***** * ****** ** ******** ********* ********** *** *********** ***** **** ***** ** **** ********* ******** I have had to give a written notice to vacate, as I am no longer safe living there. ** *** ** *** ********* **** **** ***** ** *** *** ***** *** *********** ****** ** *** ********* *** ** *** ***** ** ** ******* ***** ***** * ******** *** ****** *** **** *** ***** *** ******** *** **** **** *** **** ****** ** ***** *** **** ***** **** **** ** ** ** *** ** ***** ** *** ****** My written notice to move out was given to them on Jan 28, 2023, at which time the sliding glass door had still not been fixed. I asked why no one had come out and she said she would call the insurance company to get a quote and gave me an insurance flyer. I followed up with the insurance company to see if they had in fact been notified, and the insurance said they had no record of it, and that they would put me on the schedule to have someone come out. After not receiving any guidance as to what steps I would need to take to finalize the lease agreement, and with rent being due I went back again to the office today, Saturday, Feb 4 to get everything taken care of so that I would not be charged late rent and also make plans for my official move out date and inspection. They had a sign on the door saying that they were showing the property and would return at 11, this was at 2:30. We checked back again at 3:30 and 4:49 and no one ever showed up during their advertised business hours. Whenever I have left voicemails they never return my calls. Anytime I have gone into the office they never have time to sit down and discuss things ** *** **** *** *********. While living there I've had to deal with bed bugs and roaches, a faulty toilet, a faulty stove, and more. Not only do they make it almost impossible to do business with them, they do not take care of the property!
