    Been in this apartment complex for years and before the gates came up it was constant shootings and death and cops every night. Now the gates are up and we pay extra for it but yet they leave the gates open whenever they choose to. So it didn't solve anything the old management was better they actually listened the mantience crew actually did their job. Now we have Ashley and she is the biggest problem maker I've ever seen she will lie to your face and make excuses the maintenance now is a joke they ghetto rig everything. And now I'm in a tug of war with Ashley over the fact that my ac has been out for almost two months and a year and a half ago it did the same thing. I addressed it with the office and they said maintenance fixed it. Surprise they didn't then she tells me I broke it and I didn't then she says maintenance is ordering the parts time passes no word. I call and they tell me no parts have been ordered and constant excuses of we have no idea the eta on the parts and phone conversations stating 79 degrees isn't that bad open a window you'll be alright I can't do that in this ghetto place afraid I'll get shanked in the middle of the night if I do. They rack the prices up every year and basically tell you to deal with it. I just had a son and told them that they need to fix my ac I'm not playing anymore and if they don't they won't get paid they said good luck with that. Everytime I try to talk to Ashley she's "in a meeting" for days on in?? Ridiculous this place is horrible if I could give it less than one star I would in a heartbeat this place needs to be shutdown it's a death trap waiting to happen the management doesn't care about excuses on if you are a bit late on rent but they can come up with tons on why they can't do their jobs the maintenance is a joke they complain and throw stuff around hit your pets yes ?? cuss up a storm and don't even get the job done and pass the blame on us or someone else again ridiculous riverwalk your days are numbered.

    Hello Hannah, We are saddened to hear that your experience has not been the best. Regarding the AC issue, please note that the HVAC unit was replaced in full last year. Our maintenance team checked the AC on 5/29 in response to your complaints. Using a temperature gauge, they confirmed that the apartment was cooling down to 68 degrees, while the thermostat was set at 65 degrees. It appears that the unit is functioning correctly, and unfortunately, there is nothing further maintenance can do to lower the temperature given the rising summer heat. Concerning the gates, we are aware of the ongoing damage and the associated repair costs. Repairs are currently pending, and we are doing our best to address this issue promptly. As a management company, we are committed to improving the community, but these changes will take time. If you have any other concerns, we would be happy to set up an appointment to discuss them.
