Good Afternoon, My name is *****. On July 5 I was rear ended in Kansas City on July 5,2023. I called my insurance carrier July 6, 2023, informed them about the car accident . I was told I can take to any body shop but they had preferred body shops. I called 2 great places that I know and have provided excellent service in the pass an excellent job. They couldn’t get my truck in til August 28. I couldn’t be without a car for that long. I called *** ***** back and you guys offered Crash Champions that they were recently added to their preferred providers list. I did they were able to get me in right away July 31, 2023. That Friday August 4, 2023 i received an automated text no call like telemarketers so not an actual phone number but a 52766. I looked at the text on Monday text stated my truck was ready. I saw the text Monday night so I picked it up on Tuesday . I didn’t check my truck til 2 days later noticed my bumper was not replaced but just sanded down and painted to try to mask it . The indentation was gone but you could still the damage. So they said bring it in on August 22, 2023 we will have a rental for you. I show up **** the manager that I spoke with did not schedule the rental and the other guy *** said he had no idea what I was talking about. That **** was in an important meeting that can take over an hour had already waited 40 minutes. I said I couldn’t wait .They said they would call me back and reschedule I said fine it was rescheduled for August 29 following Tuesday. I have several health issues ended up in the hospital that weekend I called early monday morning August 28, 2023. Advising my situation. I was released from the hospital August 30. I called several times that week no answer. I finally called the other shop Crash Champions in Millard. Spoke with **** who stated he would have them call me back they called me last week scheduled it for yesterday. I dropped it off at 930am on August 12 2023 by 3pm they had left me 2 voicemails advising my bumper has been fixed. I show up this morning today August 13, 2023. Again they have painted over my bumper rather than replacing it again . At this point they painted a glossy black . My Ram is a Warlock model which has a ****e Grill and bumper. I told the manager **** you guys didn’t replace the bumper again now it’s worse now it’s all shiny and you can still see the damage. **** the manager said your not the body shop professional Iam . it has been fixed I don’t see a difference. I’m like you don’t see the difference on top damage is still there. He stated you must of got into a fender bender when you picked it up and headed home. I stated I managed to get hit in the same place? I didn’t get hit again. I also asked when I first took it in . Do you guys do all the work in house? They said yes we do. I have an AirTag on my keys to my Ram it picked it up at ***** ****. I did not give permission and made it clear I didn’t want it leaving the shop they assured me again they did all work in house. Not from my AirTag it told me it was at ***** **** I called them ***** **** and it was getting an alignment.I have attached pictures. I’m not even sure what they did and didn’t do. They did collect my $500 deductible and they were paid out by the persons insurance that rear ended me. They paid for a new bumper . **** the manager was highly upset and walked away into the office I don’t have my truck keys they still did. I have scheduled an appointment with ******* ****** 9-18-23. *** ***** states that my vehicle needs to be fixed correctly . I did look at all the reviews and they have a couple horrible reviews. attached you can see the damage and now the shiny glossy black paint on my bumper. When everything else is black ****e. One last things the clips that were removed and pieces that were supposed to go in the trash were put in my truck bed . Please find picture attached. They were paid out in full by the other insurance carrier $3657.00 that includes my $500 deductible. Attached find the damage and the cover up of sanding and trying to cover it up ****e first time second time they have painted over it now with black glossy paint. I’m not an expert like **** at Crash Champions stated but you can clearly tell bumper has not been replaced. This was the 3rd time of them stating they replaced it. He walked away upset i probably made him upset because I’m being lied to. Damage is still there. Still same damaged bumper . Painted over 3 times over. Taking it in to another shop to get in done right August 18, 2023
