My car was delivered to my buddy my buddy calls me, says well.... the seats and headliner look great, the rest is a complete do over.The seats and headliner were done at another shop I reply! I had to drive 400 miles with my left foot because my right foot couldn't get get to the gas pedal due to the console being too wide, which also caused the seats to not be adjustable. Carpet grain ran in multiple directions, binding on mats in 4 pieces instead of one continuous piece, mats not shaped to fit the car, new door scuff plates looked like an alligator trimmed them door panels so thick the doors wouldn't shut and they were only held on with 2 clips and screws at the bottom (even though NO Visable Screws was my mandate). Door panels, kick panels, quarter window panels and bulkhead were supposed to have diamonds, but after 2 abortions flushed down the toilet due to lack of skills, behind schedule and no dedication or care by the shop owner I changed the design to just flat panels, unfortunately they couldn't get those done correctly either. Owner delivered the car with windows down, when my buddy rolled them up the passenger window was broke and the brand new drivers window they installed was chipped. Couldn't open console armrest door if in 2nd or 4th gear.Stereo access door on the console was installed upside down so as I drove the door it vibrated open, they didn't install window switches and flame thrower switch where instructed, instead crammed them, the AC controls and the stereo head behind the little console door, none of it accessible in the little space! Steering wheel got cracked, running boards had to be painted due to lack of protection during the fiasco. New door rubber and window felt not installed correctly, drivers arm rest falling off, just to list some of the issues...owner wanted another 4-5 months to try to do better, NO THANKS! REFUSED TO REFUND ANY OF MY MONEY. I'M SURE THEY WILL BE FULL OF EXCUSES IN THEIR REPLY.
