Told that my truck would be like new. Had to keep going back after huge money paid. Charging me for work not performed correctly or not at all or duplicate charges. Other mechanics have been replacing and or repairing what was already done and paid for starting with Meineke. Nothing but excuses when I kept going back. Year later still not drivable without shaking and ruining tires. Now on third set of new tires. Several mechanics have verified the causes of ongoing problems started with Meineke repairs. All they did was make stupid excuses like"the sun comes in the garage window so i can't read the alighnment machine" or "we don't have a spindle for the alighnment machine at this store you will have to go to another store". Was assured by desk person that the mechanic that was working on my truck was a 30 yr experienced mechanic. Nightmare that is ongoing. They ruined my truck. When you get your truck back and it is approximately a foot taller in back than front you have a pretty good idea that they don't know what they are doing at all. Truck was better off when it when into their shop than when it came out. Would never go back or recomend.
