    April 30, 2022 I had contacted the owners wife to get the whining fixed in my 2005 ***** ********, her husband Josh contacted me about a week later telling my what the problem was and how much it would total. I agreed for him to fix it. He finally got back in touch with me May 16th, 2022 and told me that I could come pick up the vehicle. When driving the car home I noticed that it was still whining and drove the same as when I dropped it off to receive maintenance. I called them and he told me to drive the air out of the power steering rack and it should stop whining, well it didn't. * *** **** ** ****** ** ******** *** **** ***** *** **** **** *** **** ****** ** *** **** so I reached out to Molly the wife in January and she told me to bring the car back so that they could see what the problem was. They kept my car for 4 days and when I went to pick it up she told me that I had a warranty on the power steering pump so they replaced it. I was confused because it has not even been a year. AGAIN the car was whining as I drove off. I then texted her and she said to drive it for 50 miles and if the whining does not stop bring it back. That's what I did and returned the vehicle January 13th, I contacted her January 16th asking her if they found the problem she said that she's not 100% sure if he pinpointed it yet or if he just started inspecting it to say so. Around 11:04 AM she texted me that Josh replaced the nylon bushing at the power steering hose it had sprung a leak and if the whining noise does not quiet up let her know and there is no charge today for the fitting that was replaced. I reached out AGAIN January 19th and she said ok we will just need to warranty out the power steering pump, they also warrant out the power steering Rack. I paid ******** For labor, ******** for parts and ****** tax totaling ******** for something that was never fixed and now they will not answer my messages. Now the vehicle is not drivable.

    I am one of the first customers that received service from this company and at the time the were affordable and returned my vehicle in a friendly time manner. April 30th of 2022 I had asked the owner if he could fix the whining in my vehicle, After having my vehicle for 16 days they returned my vehicle in the same condition. The vehicle still whined and remind you they charged me a total of 2,023.91. 1,027.49 for labor, 1,153.06 for the parts and 141.21 tax. I had lost my mother in February so going through depression and other emotions I wasn't motivated enough to deal with it at the moment. When I had contacted her about a week later about the car she told me to bring it in so the could fix it. The kept my car for 3 days and returned it again because they couldn't figure out why it was still whining. I was upset and was going to take it to someone else, but I invested so much money with them so I called her again in January of 2023 she told me to bring it in AGAIN! and put another power steering pump, after having it for 4 days it was still whining, she told me to bring it back AGAIN! and replaced the power steering rack. When I received my vehicle after 3 days I had told Josh I payed a lot for them to fix my car and he said " Well that's why I am not charging you because you have warranty on the parts!" I was so upset because what do you mean? Why are you using a warranty when the vehicle was never fixed right the first time. Now I have other issues with the vehicle. I texted her to reschedule for me to drop off the car Feb 1st and she ignored it. MJ Auto Repair will never receive service from me again. I was over charged and they do not care.
