April 30, 2022 I had contacted the owners wife to get the whining fixed in my 2005 ***** ********, her husband Josh contacted me about a week later telling my what the problem was and how much it would total. I agreed for him to fix it. He finally got back in touch with me May 16th, 2022 and told me that I could come pick up the vehicle. When driving the car home I noticed that it was still whining and drove the same as when I dropped it off to receive maintenance. I called them and he told me to drive the air out of the power steering rack and it should stop whining, well it didn't. * *** **** ** ****** ** ******** *** **** ***** *** **** **** *** **** ****** ** *** **** so I reached out to Molly the wife in January and she told me to bring the car back so that they could see what the problem was. They kept my car for 4 days and when I went to pick it up she told me that I had a warranty on the power steering pump so they replaced it. I was confused because it has not even been a year. AGAIN the car was whining as I drove off. I then texted her and she said to drive it for 50 miles and if the whining does not stop bring it back. That's what I did and returned the vehicle January 13th, I contacted her January 16th asking her if they found the problem she said that she's not 100% sure if he pinpointed it yet or if he just started inspecting it to say so. Around 11:04 AM she texted me that Josh replaced the nylon bushing at the power steering hose it had sprung a leak and if the whining noise does not quiet up let her know and there is no charge today for the fitting that was replaced. I reached out AGAIN January 19th and she said ok we will just need to warranty out the power steering pump, they also warrant out the power steering Rack. I paid ******** For labor, ******** for parts and ****** tax totaling ******** for something that was never fixed and now they will not answer my messages. Now the vehicle is not drivable.Business response

Customer has had multiple appointments scheduled for the repairs to be completed & she was a no call no show. Customer has not contacted the shop phone to reschedule her appointment.Business response

Denisha had multiple appointments scheduled that she no called no showed on. The repairs that she is claiming should be covered under warranty, was not even done for this customer. The repairs that she is claiming she paid $******* was not done for her nor did she pay for them. The repairs were done for Oletha ***** on 5/16/2022. Warranties do not transfer to new owner of the vehicle. The whole complaint does not make sense because Oletha is who dropped her vehicle off, approved & paid for the repairs that Denisha is claiming she paid for. I have attached the receipt for the 5/16/2022 initial repairs. Thank you.

** ****** ****** **** ******** **** ***** * ***** *** ******* **** ***** **** * ******** **** *** **** ********** I have every receipt for the work that was done including the receipts where warranty was used and also have witness that followed me to drop of the *****. I decided to get another repair shop to look at the 2005 ***** ******** and he told me that the whining had nothing to do with the work that MJ Auto repair "fixed". ***** **** ****** *** **** **. did a diagnostic on my vehicle and fixed my vehicle, the whining noise is no longer there when driving the car and it only cost me a total of ******. Work complete was valve cover gasket, spark plugs and ******* oil pressure sensor. I am attaching the receipt from the shop with repair and cost also attached is my mother's death certificate.
