$75 for an overdraft, and $5/day for a negative balance. So how can a poor person possibly get caught up? Criminal.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We value your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience. It appears that at the time these fees were assessed to your account, the overdraft fees were $25 for each item paid when there are not sufficient funds in the account. A charge of $75 for one day was due to there being 3 items being paid when there were not enough funds in the account at that time. Also, there was a $5/day fee if the negative balance is maintained for 8 business days or more. Please see the Bank of Kirksville terms & conditions and schedule of fees for more details. As of May 12, 2024, your Bank of Kirksville accounts were moved over to Equity Bank. Please be sure to review the Equity Bank schedule of fees provided to you prior to the conversion. I was led to believe they had a no fee checking account, but if you go over by $5.00, they charge you $35.00, So one of the bankers said there would be no fee with overdraft protection. That was not true, Overdraft protection means they will pay it up to a certain amount, but you still get charged a fee for your account to draw from a loan you set up. I will be changing banks, that got me again for $22.00Review from Carrie M

Kimberly ******* in the Tulsa branch breached the bank's confidentiality standards by sharing my account information with other family members. The bank lacks customer service and I have experienced first-hand that the bank not only discusses private client information as a point of conversation in the bank between employees but also with others outside the bank. The bank operates a business atmosphere of suspicion and lacks customer focus.
