Sergio loan officer told me I could cancel my in the gap and warranty for full refund on 5/25. I call 1800 numbers and Catholic multiple times for the refund. I spent slot of time and did everything I was told and now not giving me a refund. I did what I was suppose to. I need my full refund.Business response

An exception was made to refund GAP 100%. In speaking with Ms. ******, Tues. June 28, 2022 she agreed the matter with BBB ***** was resolved.
