    Save yourself! Arrogant and unethical are the nicest words I can find to describe this company and owner. Nothing was ever their fault and always an excuse as to why they couldn’t work or get the project done on time. They would blame the subcontractors for delays or COVID for materials but when you asked the subcontractors, they would say they were told not to come by the owner himself. They wouldn’t order items that had been picked out for months and then lie and say it was my fault it wasn’t ordered and we would have to change what we wanted because they didn’t have time to get what was picked out now, even though I had emails to prove otherwise. They ordered materials that weren’t authorized and made changes that were never discussed and made me pay for it in the end. I had to check progress daily to make sure corners were not being cut and comb through the working estimate to get items removed that they were not completing or we shouldn’t be charged. Items were damaged that weren’t paid for by insurance and they refused to pay for it saying it wasn’t negligence or they are too professional to cause that damage, though they did not take proper steps to protect anything. If your agent recommends them, I would go with someone else as the headache is not worth it. Their communication is terrible, it takes forever to get answers to simple questions or your questions are flat out ignored! The owner is never available and will not show up to meetings or return your calls for days at a time, and when he does, he deflects, blames the customer, says you are lying and makes you feel like you are stupid. This used to be a reputable company but not any longer.
