We have been dealing with this company since June of 2023 to get my daughter’s house fixed! We had to fire this business because of lack of response and work. I am here to pay the bill, I asked for a paid in full receipt and they wanted the check in order to give me a receipt, I refused to give it to them until they had the receipt-they have no idea what is owed!!! I told them they should, I have a bill at home from them. I have been sitting here for almost 15 minutes being ignored!! DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

I called 3 companies when we discovered that we were in the middle of a mold problem in the basement of our house. Servpro did respond the quickest, but that should have told me something right there. Anyway, I work out of town 80% of the time and was out of town working when the appointment happened, but the lady that showed up to do the quote had equipment in my house, and had contacted my insurance company before we even had a price in hand for the mold issues. Then, she badgered our insurance guy for the amount they were going to pay out before we even got a quote from her. During the whole process, if I asked a question I was thought of as "aggressive". When I finally had had enough, it really got ugly. Their Project Manager then, when I asked him to check our crawl space (just off of the basement) he stuck his head in the opening, told us it was fine. Another company we later met with told us that the humidity levels in the crawl space was in excess of 80 percent, showed us the video he took while in our crawl space (using his hygrometer and psychrometer) and showed us really how bad our issue was. Bottom line, they were only here for the insurance money and became very angry when insurance paid me directly instead of cutting them a check directly. Stay away from this company and their tactics. Even our insurance company said that their tactics were very aggressive and unusual. Just stay away...
