Miss leading advertisement saying that the offer is free of charge and you are under no obligation. Also it said, there is no fee whatsoever for participating in this Field Test. They determined what hearing aid I was to try for free and did not tell me of any other options or that there would be a restocking charge of 10%. There was a return policy on the form I signed saying there was a dispensing fee, but unfortunately I did not read the fine print and this information was not on the advertisement to make an appointment and have my hearing tested. They presented the hearing aids to be 100% digital instruments that use the latest technology to comfortably and almost invisibly help you hear more clearly. The hearing aids had to be reset each week to solve problems that I had such as hearing chewing so loud I had to stop chewing to hear other people talking, felt like I was in a barrel and heard more sounds than normal at elevated levels. The reset did not resolve the problem, just lessened it. When I returned the hearing aids I was told he would process it and refund the money I paid as down payment. Between 4 to 5 hours later he called and told me there was a restocking fee of $659. If I had tried other options it would not have been that much, but I was not given other options nor was I aware of the fee and the difference it would cost if I tried a cheaper hearing aid. Also, the hearing aid I tried had an aid that required making a form to fit inside my ear and I did not have the choice to have it different. I was told that my hearing level required that style. He wanted me to try the different style, but I still did not know about the fees. Everything was decided by the company without informing me of other options and giving me a chance to chose my option or the difference in restocking fees. It was their way and not informative. I would not have tried the hearing aids if I knew there was a restocking fee.

We are sorry for the mis-understanding that Eunice ****** recently had at one of our offices. We are more than happy to refund the total restocking fee of $659.40 back to her. This refund has already been initiated and the check should be cut by the end of the week.
