            this company charged me for a part the heater needed for ventilation in order to run correctly. I paid for the part and they came and installed it. the heater still didn't work and they tried saying it needed a new mother board. they left me with no heat in temperatures as low as 1° and would not return any of our calls. 4 weeks later I had to hire a local guy who fixed the wrong vent pipe H&S installed. they installed a vent that was about 10inches to short and tried to use pieces of my old one as a patch fix.

            We only used this company because they are the ones AHS sent out. They installed a new heater, the heater wouldn’t work they called the manufacturer of the heater, the manufacturer told them it needed a special roof jack to run so they ordered one. Came out and put it in it still wouldn’t run, they said it was the circuit board. Very unprofessional, apparently didn’t know what they were doing. We were without heat for 2 months, I called and called they never answered or returned the calls. I called a heating and cooling company they came out, it was the wrong roof jack! They ordered a new one installed it and now the heater runs great. It’s a good thing I called another company because were they attached it to the roof it wasn’t done correctly and the other company said it would have leaked like a sieve if we got a good rain storm
