      My AC quit so I called reddi, the told me it was going to be $1800 for a new fan motor. I’m a SSI I don’t have that kind of money. I figured I was going to have to summer with no AC. A friend grandson going to HVAC school he can over took about 15 minutes and my AC was up and running, said it was a broken wire. I can NOT recommend Reddi industries they are not trust worthy…

      Susie, First of all the 316 272 4977 is a number that cannot be reached. Secondly, I phoned the office 316 858-2083 number and was transferred and hung up on twice by Jessica. You rip people and I am a Veteran also!!! I hope you and your husband enjoy ripping off Veterans! Understand this, I had TWO springs on my garage door, one side the left side was broken. Your technicians removed the two springs that were on my door, please note, the spring on the right side of my door was perfectly fine, and they replaced it in 10 minutes, with ONE smaller spring that they had on their truck. Then You OVER Charged me $350. Do the right thing and Make this Right!

      Pulled all of our corporate accounts with Reddi Industries due to a $90 bill they sent to collections. Billing department is horrible, especially Susie. First they tried to tell me that the equipment was out of warranty. I had to call three times for them to honor the extended warranty i paid for when i bought the house. Then the tech said he signed me up for the maintenance package which would include a free heater service in the fall. The invoice specifically said "customer will not pay for 2nd service in the fall'' right at the top. I payed the bill in full. Then they called a few months later after we moved a said i owed $90 more. Sussie with billing said there was nothing they could do, then sent it to collections. She never answers the phone, then calls you over the lunch hours. Horrible customer service, wont be using any of their services again.

After providing multiple opportunities to address issues, it is our policy to send unpaid invoices collections. Susie is often on the phone, but we are confided she always returns calls, and is an advocate for our customers. We will review your calls and account notes and see if there is anything we can do differently in the future, but we do believe your charges accurate and fair.
