I stayed there from 7/16/22-7/25/22. From Day one we had issues. ********************************* I paid for my oxygen to be delivered a day before i arrived . i called to verify this was ok with hotel and was told it was k. When i arrived i was told they never delivered it because i couldn't sign for it. When i questioned them they told me a different story saying they couldn't look me up due to the computers so they didn't deliver it. ***** told me the front desk refused the delivery of my o2 concentrator and wouldn't look me up. they told them i didn't have a reservation. the elevators didn't work causing me to walk up 2 flights of stairs , the air conditioner was broken and I was told they couldn't fix it because they didn't have a maintenance man.it was 100 plus out side the whole stay. they ran out of toilet paper and towels . I told them not to clean my room and when i returned the housekeeping had made my bed and threw my oxygen tubing on the floor and moved my oxygen concentrator. When we told manager they moved us on 7/21/-7/25/22 from our king suite to a lower room with two beds and no microwave . They locked us out of our room everyday after that making us go down stairs to get a new room key . ***************************************************************** this room was also had no air conditioning. On check out i asked to speak to manager and to have him reimburse my whole stay as it was not a good one. he refused to speak to me or my husband and charged us anyways, **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************, I want may money back as they didn't care about my ADA issues and making it right. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Please help us .
