The date was July 6th 2024. I booked a room that I thought would be great. It turns out it didn't match the pictures. The front door was damaged, the bathroom door didn't close, the toilet didn't flush properly, the TV didn't work, the beds were smaller than advertised, the fridge didn't work, the stove didn't work, there was no mattress in the sofa bed, and on top of that I was charged for my service dogs. The owner/manager told me there was a card they needed to scan. There is no place to register them. A simple ****** search would let you know. I felt scammed.Business response

Hello,
I would like to address the reservation made by ****** ***** at our hotel on July 6, 2024, with a check-in date of July 6, 2024, and a check-out date of July 7, 2024. The guest checked in as scheduled on July 6, 2024, at 6:52 PM. During his stay, ****** ***** did not report any issues. He stayed for the full night and checked out on July 7, 2024, at 2:48 PM without reporting any problems. He reviewed and signed the folio, which includes our terms and conditions. It is clearly stated that any issues with the room must be reported within one hour of check-in; otherwise, refunds cannot be processed at the time of check-out.
In this case, we have provided valid documentation, including check-in and check-out logs, the guest statement, and the terms and conditions. Please review these documents and reject this dispute.

This motel has been told multiple times about the pest infestation they have and continuously charge way to high to be open. Hot water doesn't work showers don't have proper water pressure. I've killed a total of 33 roaches and have pictures. I didn't know I worked for ***** or pest control. It's not fair for the paying customers to continue to have to deal with horrible conditions especially in the hospitality field. The owners should have more pride in there business. If they let the property run down to horrible measures what does that speak about their character and care of business.Business response

As per our knowledge the picture which are provided by the guest, it's doesn't belong to our hotel.. and from past 3 months the Blueway Inn, Motel, ***** East Kellogg Dr, Wichita KS. Has been under complete renovation. We are not renting the rooms to guests.
