      On April 30 I booked with red roof online at an advance price for the superior king with loft & jetted tub, for may 11th 2024. Well on may 8/9 I reached out to the property and was advised they don’t see the confirmation and to call the website. I then called and spoke with the supervisor who advised it was cancelled due to me not suppose to get that price however it was available online to be selected. He then advised he will call the property to get approval to get the same price. While on the phone the property advised I couldn’t get the honey moon suite for which I’m not sure what that is because it’s nothing online that says that name. She then explained I couldn’t get the two room and the manager asked do you give me permission to rebook at this rate she said yea since it wasn’t the 2 room. It was book I got a new confirmation. I arrive at the hotel and they changed my room from the loft to the two room for which I didn’t not want. I showed them my confirmation they did not want to hear me. While there my tv was broke and the maintenance man came to try to fix it and advise. It could not be fixed and he would tell the front desk. On May 12, I checked out and gave the front desk the broom in which I used to clean the room. On Monday, May 13, I called the corporate office to inform them of all this information in which I spoke with a lady in which I sent her both confirmations, the first one that was canceled and the second one that was re-created as well as the names of the rooms and she advised that she needed to call the property to speak with the manager at the property she did so in which he informed her that I had changed my reservation at the property at check-in, which was a complete lie. When she gave me this information, I asked her if she can call the property back and I can speak with the manager with her. She did so which he told me I was lying and other thing I then had him book a room to see the names in which then he offered me 20% refund.

      7/15/22 I booked a room through ********* on a deal breaker. 3 rometely nice rooms 1) ******* 2) *********** 3) Red Roof Inn for a lower rate. After purchasing then I would find out. It was RRI. Not knowing the location. Once I arrived at location, I refused to stay there let alone get out of the car. It was still daylight approximately 7pm. It was disgusting. Broken down cars, spray paint on stairs, boarded up windows, furniture stood upright in a breezeway. Drug and prostitution in the parking lot. Trash cans overflowing, and trash everywhere, My husband n I immediately left went up the road and got a room. I contacted ********* they said my issue was with RRI. I searched the web finding email address to Guest Relations. Sent email explaining, within a few hr received email back. Apologizing, which was accepted. Back & forth emails were exchanged. On July 27, Nikki from Guest Relations emailed stated that a refund was issued on July 16, 22. To allow 7-10 business days. As of today August 3, 22 NO refund. NO return emails from no one. All I want is a refund. They said they would and they need to honor their word. Thank you Lara ***** I feel like NOW I should be refunded the other hotel cost $***, gas to & from there looking for another $**, and NOW the hours I've spent dealing with this unnecessary stuff. 8 hrs @ $** per hr $***..(mental anguish) Total $******
