This company is awful , this company Is by far the worst company I have ever had to have dealings with . Full coverage with this company got me a lost job, $75. for rental car or one day rental car coverage , 7 long weeks wait for settlement and a deduction from that settlement offer for the storage fees of the totalled vehicle while it sat at the collision center. They do not return calls or emails and are in no way worth your time or your hard earned money . Scandalous, corrupt and Thieving knaves. Seriously, RUN elsewhere. dont walk , RUN. This company is not for you , you will pay them to find them against you . Do yourself a tremendous favor and look for insurance with more notable companies this one is not notable , honorable or trustable . this is something you cannot know until you have an accident and you need them, they are happy to take your money each month but heaven forbid you ever need them to carry their end of the deal , they have every Prescripted way to avoid and answer your questions if they answer. full coverage with this company is 1/4 full and is no better than basic liability . only it allows them to steal your vehicle from you . that's right steal your car right out from under you. believe it . at least with basic liability you have the option of trying to fix your own vehicle full coverage here means totalled and they take it fix it and resale it with salvage title . doubt it not. this company has proven to be a den of thieves , criminals is what you will pay for, and victimize you is what you will get for your money. I am but one I am certain there are others as they were too well oiled in their machinery for me to be their first. It is time for people to stop these companies from doing this to us as a whole . it is not acceptable , it isnt good business practice it isn't American, whatever their title, it is only a title used to mask their criminality . I am seeking Fed intervention on this company . They better sharpen their pencils.
