Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/11) */ We have thoroughly reviewed the account and as a brief background, the Company's records reflect that Mr. ****** obtained an installment loan online on July 6, 2021, for the principal amount of $******** to be repaid in ** payments of $****** beginning on August 2, 2021, with a final payment of $****** due on July 2, 2023. Prior to finalizing the loan, a copy of the loan agreement was provided to him. The Installment Loan allows customers to pay off their loan by giving a set schedule and minimum dollar amount for payment. In each payment some of the funds go toward paying down the principal amount so that at the end of their payment schedule, the loan will be paid off. Avio Credit encourages customers to use this product as a short-term financial solution and whenever possible, payoff early to avoid accruing interest. The balance may be paid back at any time with no penalty for early payoff. The interest rate, finance charge and repayment schedule are plainly disclosed on the first page of the loan agreement and by signing the agreement, Mr. ****** acknowledged his understanding that Avio Credit would earn interest on the outstanding balance from the date of the transaction until paid in full. We believe that the conditions of the loan were clearly disclosed and find no discrepancy or concern in how the transaction was processed. Avio Credit does not have a prepayment penalty on any products offered and customers are encouraged to pay the principal balance as soon as possible to avoid continuing interest charges. To date Avio Credit has promptly and accurately posted twelve (12) payments totaling $******** towards Mr. ******** outstanding loan balance. 12/27/2021

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/29) */ As brief background, the Customer obtained an open-end line of credit loan in the principal amount of $******** on October 9, 2021 online at www.aviocredit.com. The funds were deposited into the Customer's bank account ending in **** on October 10, 2021, which he provided during the loan process. Open-end line of credit loans give customers the flexibility of repeated transactions without having to take out an additional loan. As the outstanding principal balance is paid down, the amount of credit the borrower is approved for is made available to advance. Daily finance charges accrue against the outstanding unpaid principal balance in accordance with ********* state law. Open-end credit involves billing periods and reoccurring minimum payments of finance charges and principal based on the outstanding balance of the loan. The State of ********* requires a minimum principal reduction. In order to comply with the minimum state-required principal reduction, Avio Credit requires that minimum payments include a principal reduction of *% or $**** for Customers who get paid bi-weekly/twice-a-month, or *% or $* for Customers who get paid monthly, whichever is greater. Billing statements are generated and sent to customers at least fourteen days prior to the payment due date. Avio Credit attempted to contact the Customer to discuss the past due balance and assist with repayment but have been unsuccessful. We believe that the conditions of the loan were clearly disclosed and find no discrepancy or concern in the payments or how the transactions were processed.
