            AC saga.....Chapter 3......guy arrives at 9:45....and at 10:30 after installing new thermostat....he says..your system has never been loaded with freon. You need freon! Duh!! And then the sub contractor for the sub contractor for the company we bought from says, "I don't have any freon in my truck...will have to come back tomorrow". My response was....you are telling me you drove here from Guthrie to do an AC call and you have NO FREON in your truck! My next words I can not type because I would be put in FB jail! People....listen to me....NEVER do business with ******** ******* ****** ****s, or their sub contractors ***** ****** of OKC, or ***** *****....they are all IDIOTS!!! SO...GOING TO BED AT 11:00 WITH STILL NO AC. NEVER in my 65 years of living have I ever seen such unprofessionalism, lack of customer service, and total stupidity in a company!!! And this is how they treat a senior citizen with cancer undergoing treatment.
