      The moving company was suppose to show up at my house at 9:00 they didn't show up until 9;45 because the drivers got lost the receptionist is new and said they had the wrong address I called twice to confirm that they had the right address. Booked in a month advance. The drivers said she is new ooh well. But I got charged for the 45 minutes. The movers were *********** that were throwing my stuff around like they didn't care. They broke my $****** New Cowhide Recliner Message Chair. Called the owner/Angela about I wanted money back on that or something she said I am glad they broke your chair and your stuff you sound like a real ******* cuss word. My new place was one street over the drivers said it was a 15 minute drive only about 3 minutes. . They charged me for 15 minutes. The truck drivers window glass broke all over my driveway I gave him a broom and dust pan to pick it up, He did a half *** picking it ********************************************************************************************* Charged me for time they got lost broke my stuff. Threw my stuff around like they didn't care. Threw my recliner chair over his head like he was para sailing. Couple of ***** that had no respect for there customers and a owner or manager named Angela or who ever the owners is that calls a customer a ***** and says that she is glad that her boys broke our stuff. $****** money spent and they have no intentions of making it right and no refund a pretty much ***** business be aware and stay away from this moving company or end up a customer with a big frown and broken stuff that a ****** hard working lady spent her hard money on. But this company doesn't about customer service. Just money and dont care they brake peoples belongings or stuff they work hard on. They shouldn't be in business. Rips people out of $****** Also sent the owner or Angela Pictures of my broken chair also. Never have gotten back with me or nothing just called me a *************

      Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/07/11) */ We moved Ms. Lori ******** on May 20th. 1. I am the office manager, I have worked for this company for approximately 6 years. I have never once called and would never call a client a name and would never use such vulgar language towards them. This is a complete fabrication. 2. It was a very windy ****** day. Upon arrival and upon existing our moving truck, the passenger crew member shut the truck door and the wind took the door out of his hands slamming the door shut which broke our window glass in the door. The crew member called me immediately to report it and I instructed him to sweep up all of the glass. 3. Ms Lori called the office after her move was complete and the crew was already back at our warehouse. She called to state she had damage to her brand-new reclining chair that "it is sitting sideways." I asked Ms Lori to please text pictures to our office cell in order for us to look into the matter, explained our insurance process and gave her the cell number. We never received any pictures or any other further calls from her. I spoke with our crew and they stated nothing was wrong with the chair and I believe her son was standing right there when they placed the chair and told his mom to "mom, please stop" as it seemed like the mom was either ****************************************************************** because her behavior and interactions with the crew were not normal. 4. Approximately, a month later we received a bad review on our **************. We also noticed she used another account to post the same review 2x. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* *********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** We feel we did try to resolve the matter with her by explaining our insurance claims process and what was needed. We lean toward the damage as a false claim as well since she did not want to provide pictures and submit the claim through insurance if needed.
