This company changed the moving date on us with NO contact to us of change. All those that we spoke with in the Wichita office were unapologetic and very defensive. If I was not afraid that we would not receive our deposit back I would have canceled service, but feel as though we are now stuck with no options. All the paperwork we have received shows a moving date of the 26th but after they didn't show up, we called and found that they had changed it to the 27th. I would just like to earn people of there lack of business ethics.Review from Charla H

They arrived on time, and proceeded to see what they needed to move. Then they told me that one of their mother was having a medical emergency. Was told that they were just going to drop that guy off, and come back with another. A little while later I received a call from them saying that their company has a policy that says that if they don't feel comfortable with a move the company will cancel the entire move. I was then told that I'd at least get my deposit back, but they weren't going to come back for the job I had hired them for.

Upon arrival it was determined by the moving team and management that the move would not proceed to protect our moving team and equipment for sanitary reasons. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is committed to providing safe working conditions for employees as well as high levels of customer service. Taking care of customers has helped us earn over a 98% referral rating. We are constantly looking to do what is best for employees and customers, and will continue to do so in the future.Customer Response

I would like to know in what way was the situation unsanitary? Because I for sure know that the house was cleaned before they got there.Two Men and A Truck Response
