I am seeking a refund for the amount of $****** that Orr Nissan charged me on March 5th, 2022 - for the service they claim to have performed on my ********** SUV. We initially brought this truck in requesting a simple oil change and basic check up, but they didn't do an oil change because they claimed it "wasn't needed" - they also claimed to have checked all the fluids and run a full diagnostic that came back with NO issues being found. Even though I tried explaining to the service agent (Josh) that the sticker on the truck showed the oil change was past due, he ignored me and even suggested the emails I was receiving from the dealership where we purchased the SUV from last year were "fake". The notifications from the dealership I bought it from last August were the last mechanics to do any oil changes or other fluids. They are not fake, and regardless of whether the mileage wasn't exactly on the number, the date certainly was past 6 months in having the same oil in the engine. I tried to get in touch with upper management regarding this and it's been weeks now and no one has called me back. After having the bad experience at Nissan we took our SUV to another ASIC certified mechanic shop here in town called **********************. We scheduled an appointment and on the same day we took it in they had pictures of each and every issue our truck had, gave us a full diagnostic and changed the oil for around $******. Alexander's also showed where nearly ALL of our fluids were on empty which means they were obviously not checked while at Orr Nissan. I have attached the full report from *********** to this complaint. I would really appreciate a refund on this transaction. They clearly did not do the work they were asked to do, or claimed to have done. Thank you, Christopher ******

Went on website to look at a car and search the card that I wanted between ****** and ***** and then Zach call me and we discuss what I wanted. I told him that I was looking for a ******** all-wheel drive in that price range I didn't want the base model but I didn't want the top of the line. He then said okay I'll see what I can find and then sent me a text and said I we were able to find one for you so we set up an appointment I get there and the car that I wanted is not on the lot in fact the only car they had similar what I wanted was way out of my price range they had me test drive it and then we started looking for one that I wanted he said to bring it from another dealership I looked at the price and told him that was way too much for me and he goes will let me see what I can do so we're going through the prices and then I'm thinking about it and I decided that it was just too much for me and I wanted to get my keys and go home so then so then I told him twice I wanted my keys back I didn't want to do it would then he goes and gets goes and gets Seth his finance manager Seth comes in and tries to get intimidating with me I told him whatever you say I just want my keys back so then I left then a few hours or so later Zack text me and we kind of made a deal over text about what we were going to do on the price range so this morning I go in thinking that everything was going to be ready and then they pull some shady stuff they said they can only give me **** something for my car instead of the *********** that we had previously discussed then he says well if we argue with it then my general manager will get in will get in and he will take the price back down to ** for your trade so I said we're going to walk over a total of $*** difference and he said yes so we left and then I go on the website to check out the reviews and find out that they misled me and did not tell me that they are having problems with the transmissions on those cars

I purchased a vehicle from Orr Nissan Wichita Ks in September, and I called the dealership today to discuss the title that I have yet to recieve 5 days before my tags are due and find out that the dealership did not include sales tax into our loan and never mentioned that at the time of purchase. We were also sold a 2014 ************ that was advertised as AWD which was not the case, after the sale we found out that the vehicle is only FWD, and they refuse to do anything about misleading and overcharging for a MAJOR feature that I dont have. After speaking to the manager Seth ***** about both issues he told me that there is nothing they can do about either issue and proceeded to tell me that if I would have called sooner that they may have been able to help. My issue with that, is that we were NEVER told at the time of purchase about the sales tax not being included, nor about the car only being FWD, so I had no reason to call until today when I called to find out where my title is. Thats how I found this information out 5 days before tags are due. I now have 5 days to pay another $**** after already paying $**** at the time of purchase for a misasvertised car. The manager then refused to discuss the isssue further after finding out that I was leaving a review. BE AWARE this dealership and the manager SETH ***** REFUSED to help a customer with $****** invested into their business. They are another ***** used car dealership that will take advantage of you and mislead you with a smile on their face.
