      I purchased the car in December 2023, it started out having a timing issue that was to be fully corrected and only partially corrected in March 3023 after following up and following up for answers then I was to get an oil change in March 2023 as well. In April I heard a clanking noise that was odd, checked all my fluids and my oil was bone dry like nothing was ever put in I called about the issue they told me to bring it in to check it was gone so they topped off the fluid said come back in so many miles for a recheck as I did a couple of weeks later in May fluids were bone dry again it was topped off and I was told to call my service tech as I did call and email him to get back in for service, he checked the vehicle in for service June 2023 and it was determined that the motor needs replaced. My extended warranty will not cover the damages since I’ve had so many issues since I purchased the vehicle. The fees to replace the motor are more than half of what I owe my finance company. Rusty Eck needs to supply a new vehicle or fully repair the unit. My bank paid a little over 15,000 and repairs are almost 10,000. I need some real help here.

      Purchased a vehicle on 3/20/24 for my son. Salesman showed up how the remote start worked and how we could lower the top with the remote also. We agreed to purchase the vehicle. They said they would take the car back for a detail clean while we did paperwork. We kept trying to negotiate the price. They agreed to add money to the trade-in. 45 minutes later, the "detail clean" was done. We get the car home. Remote start does not work nor does the remote option to take the top down. Decided to setup the OnStar. Nothing. Called OnStar. They cannot connect to the vehicle. Last time it was active was right before we left the dealership. OnStar suspected a loose connection. Contacted Ford on 3/21/24 to see if they could check the connection. Talked to multiple people. Was told that they would have to look into the situation and give me a call back as I bought a Chevy and they're a Ford dealership. Ok, no problem. Next day, no call. I call Ford and get told that everyone is busy. I call OnStar again. They still cannot connect to the vehicle. I call Chevy and setup a diagnostics check. Chevy calls to tell me that the OnStar Module has been removed from my vehicle and will cost almost $1,000 to replace. I contact Ford and demand to speak with a supervisor. I have basically been given the run-around since then. I was told I would be called on Monday 4/8/24 to schedule the installation appointment. I have called multiple times since then, spoken to multiple people and left multiple messages. I have not received any call backs. I have not received an update since 4/5/24, it is now 4/15/24. You added $1,000 to our trade and removed a part valued at $1,000. SHADY AS HELL. Consumer Fraud will be getting contacted as well.
