I got a letter saying I owe $1687.30 for a loan from Net Pay Advance , and I’ve never taken a loan out from them in my life , I hadn’t heard of them until that letter so I called and they said someone would call me back about it but nobody has contacted me. Someone took out a loan in my name at this company. Total fraud!!! I received a letter saying I was past due. So strange. How did they send a letter in the mail saying I owe money yet they never contacted me previously to verify anything! I don't understand how a company loans $3,000 without verification from me.Review from Jennifer N

I took out a 450 loan from them. My payment was 66.00 I got a advance from them. Which raised my payment , I got no notification from them. They said i was approved for 800. So the payment amount should of been based off that amount. I never recieved any communication or recieved documents for me to sign to agree to a a high ACH Authorization. I got a 100 advance, on the very same day within minutes, they took the entire 100 advance for that payment, increased again. I can't even get a advance they continue to raise the payments. I never even had access to the last one . They attempt to withdraw money every single day. I recently fell on hard times, been in hospital, for 9 days. I reached out explaining that I had no assets. 6.00 to my name and no income. Asked for them in goodwill to forgive this debt as I have no way to pay it. They turned around and made another attempt to withdraw money and said that they are sending it to collections. Even when I make a payment, the next attempt they make to take money is higher. I agreed to 66.00 a month payment. I will be revoking the ach Authorization. I have no income, as I am fighting severe diverticulitis. Their response to it, we are sending you to collections.. well ok. If you need my last 6.00 that badlyReview from Shawn T

I received a notice that I owed money and that the payment was past due but I had NEVER gotten a loan with them. Ever. I'm still waiting to hear back from them regarding this fraudulent loan. It's crazy that this company does not verify the identity of an individual before giving them a loan.Review from Jp C

Tried paying my loan back multiple times. And it comes back invalid signature everytime. They are saying it's my card and account. There is nothing wrong with either as I use them daily. This place is a fraudReview from Sharon S.

I failed to read my entire contract with NetPayAdvance; I borrowed $300.00 in November of 2023; had I not called and asked how much MORE, I'd have to pay, they were SET TO DRAW A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $984.00, over a six-month period!!! I wish that I could give them a ZERO, instead of one star; this company REALLY makes me wonder,?? if they haven't PAID unknown actors, for "glowing" reviews!!!!!!

WOW. I have good credit and needed a $300 one-week loan. They refused to tell me why I was turned down except that it was an algorithm. What? It appears to be discrimination as the company will not say why. Yes, I am female. Yes, I am older. Yes, I have a history of paying my bills. Yes, I have asked for a more in-depth reason as to why I was turned down. I kept being told it was an algorithm.Review from Ebrahim S

Fraud company they sent me a fraudulent letter saying I owe them $100 in loan repayments. I’ve never heard of the company before so how could I have applied for a loan? It’s because they made it up based on data they bought from internet service providers. Please shut down these scammers. Never pay them a dime. They blame it on identity theft but their employees are the thieves!Review from Rick A

I get spam calls from this shady organization declaring I owe the $5,000 plus an additional $8,000 in interest!! I have NEVER contacted or have gone into contract with this ******** organization. Never have I had to take a short term loan, but I know people end up in bad financial situations please run from this company, hopefully you can find another option to help you. *************************************************************** *********************Net Pay Advance, Inc. Net Pay Advance Inc. is a licensed business which offers small dollar loans in California and other States. We received and approved a loan application in Mr. ********* name. However, as we do not provide loans in the $5,000.00 range the figures quoted in the review do not reflect any amount which we would have referenced in any communication with Mr. *******. When we contacted Mr. ******* about an overdue payment he informed us that he had not applied for the loan. If this is the case, it appears that Mr. ********* identity may have been compromised by someone who applied for loan in his name. While we strive to defend against fraud, no-one can prevent all fraudulent activities. We have taken steps to lock the account in order to prevent any further attempts to secure a loan and offered to help Mr. ******* defend his information against identity theft. We recommend that Mr. ******* file an identity theft report with the appropriate authorities, review the security of his personal information both in the physical and on-line environments, and change any passwords used to secure his personal and financial information.
