I have been dealing with your company for sum ** years. When your Father owned the business, he came to my previous address and would look at things no charge because he was an honest man *******************************************************! The guys are ***** and *******! I called prior as I have always done and received a quote for the labor not the total price of the job! But was told labor would be no more than $*** dollars max!!! I am not grasping numbers from thin air, that's what I was told! (if I had of known that I needed to record the conversation or gotten that quote in writing I would have done exactly that! ***********************************************, your dad would have never treated me like this, he honored what he said, always, ****************************! The guys stayed and talked for over 25-30 minutes because I just moved into a new home and they where talking to my dad and I about the house so they was I charged for that conversation? I have no problem paying, the problem I am having is the lies and deceit! When I called you said I was charged $*** an and it was 50% for the assistant but then you go on to say that's $*** per hour but when I start to do the math you proceed to say well the assistant get about **%, which is it? Or are you just saying whatever sounds good! The bill doesn't even have a breakdown of how many hours they are saying they were here! It doesn't even say what materials they used because last time I checked all the materials came in the stools I bought so all you need is caulking and ***** for caulking?!! Come on really!!! But none the less this is NOT what was quoted to me over the phone and I could have had my dad install them! I expected it to be maybe up to $*** more with taxes and some extra charge but nearly $*** is so excessive! I will pay your price but you have lost a loyal customer of ** years!!!
