We hired Premier Pool to install a 36"x16" above ground Doughboy pool. They started Oct. 9th. finishing Oct 20th. When my husband and I looked at the completed work we noticed numerous wrinkles in the liner. My husband called Monday Oct 23rd and asked what they would do to fix the issue. They told him they could not do anything about wrinkles. I also called asking them to come look at the wrinkles so we could discuss the issue. He said he could not do anything about the wrinkles then hung up on me. I called back and left a message that I did not expect perfection and asked them to again come out and have a look. As of Oct 26th we still have had no response. At this point we do not want them to finish the job. We will take our business elsewhere.Business response

We agreed to setting up their pool because they tried to do it themselves and after being without a pool all year, they called me we were able to get their pool installed with the said time frame it is imposable to install an above ground pool without wrinkles especially a dough boy pool plus we didn't offer any warranty on wrinkles! When she called to complain she wanted to tell me how to do it, so I did not charge her the final $750. s0 she could reset the liner herself. There's nothing wrong with the construction of the pool that we completed.Business response

Still waiting for my pool to be completed. Signed a contract December 2021. The dig date was may 2022 and I am still without power to my pool. No one is answering calls, replying to text messages. I even went to the business and the doors are locked. Per the website it says 6-8 weeks for a pool to be done from start to finish, but I still waiting. No one is coming and getting the job completed. Also looked up the permit info and it says that a permit was requested on July 22,2022 when I have camera footage of the dig date. Also the side of my home HAD a concrete pad that was no where near my pool was dug up and there is a giant crack under my garage door. No one seems to want to do anything. I just want this pool done and my pad fixed.Business response

In September and October of 2020 i had Premier pools rebuild my deck, and replace concrete in drive way. In December of 2020 the concrete started to crack, assumed just a small settlement crack, now the area replaced has a dozen cracks and is starting to chip. I contacted Premier and he said it was due to earthquakes in area. The rest of drive has no cracks, and 30 years old. Earthquake not big enough to do any damage anyway. Deck work is awful, cuts in support, powerwashed stairs and tore the wood up. I have I have corresponded with no response from company. I want money spent on driveway returned so i can get a good contractor to come replace again.Business response

I made complaint to company just a couple months after work was complete. No mention of bankruptcy. I also can not find anything in court records of bankruptcy being filed in December 2020. I believe i have a year following to make claim. I want proof of bankruptcy filing and attorney.
