I moved into the apartment before Petra was the management team and I had made a lease with the owner and paid them almost a thousand dollars for November and December of 2023 and Petra took over in late November or December and in Jan I get a 3 day notice saying I owe over a thousand dollars and I ask them why and they said they were looking into it and later in a January they told me it's because I didn't pay November and December which I did I have receipts and I showed them to them so they put that in my account and took off the late fees for them months but left the late fee for January which was there fault because they didn't get my issue resolved in time for me to pay January rent and then by that time I owed February rent so I asked to be put on a payment plan I told them I got paid every two weeks they didn't listen and told me I had to make weekly payments so I tried again told them I don't get paid for two weeks and at almost the end of February they fixed it to where I have a payment every two weeks and I am still being charged late fees which he said would stop once payment plan was activated and then when I asked him about it he said no he didn't say that he called me a liar. Then the first guy leaves the office and a new person comes in and I had a payment due the 19 of February but before I had a chance to pay it they gave me another 3 day notice then I was upset and went in there because they don't answer the phone and asked why I got this notice when I am on a payment plan and she was very rude and said well because u didn't pay your rent and I said well it would've been paid in January of the other guy didn't mess it up and she yelled at me and told me to get out. And now I'm not allowed in the office she just keeps being rude and disrespectful and she informed me that they are giving a eviction on Monday. And I was trying to get help with rent through a church so it didn't happen and she didn't even answer to them and was rude today to me and now she answered the phone but when I went in there she yelled at me again and said to leave I am not allowed in the office no more but I am a resident.

We have been renting an apartment @ Skyview Apartments for over 2 years. The siding is falling off, the gutters are laying on the ground, and there is trash constantly all over the property. The apartments themselves are sub par at best and yet they charge upwards of 850.00 dollars to basically live in squalor. When you try and contact the property manager no one answers and they do not return their messages.

They are charging my husband and and one other tenant ** dollars extra for trash and water. The *** that we pay for rent includes trash and water. We moved in Dec 10th 2021 they started charging us extra which started around February 2022. We didn't pay until July 6th because they slapped us with a 3 day eviction. We paid with the agreement they take off late fees. We look today and there's another *** dollar late fee. Also, we are concerned there's mold growing underneath the paint. The roof leaks. We send in maintenance requests but they delete them. Our balcony has a piece cut out made of pressed wood. We. Need help! Idk who to turn too

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/18) */ Per the lease agreement signed by the tenants they are liable for the utilities. This is stated in their lease. I show that on 8/8/22 they were given a credit of $*** for the late charges that were charged by mistake. I am a new manager taking over this property and have sent a roofer out to inspect the roof and will be sending mold remediation company out to look at walls inside. As far as the balcony I do not understand what they are stating exactly. I do not show any maintenance requests for the balcony.
