They did a really good job. The workers were all so professional and kind. They even hung a mirror for me when they were finished. I would certainly recommend them. Sticker shock might be a problem, but I specifically hired these people because I was wanting this particular job done right --- at the core of things. You get what you pay for. I'm glad I didn't cheap out and let a friend who knows a guy whose cousin's father-in-law would do it. Great people to work with.

Very disappointed with this company. Singed a contract for a porch repair. Paid one half upfront and the balance after completion. Received a document showing balance was paid and out of the blue, a weekl later I get another bill for an additional $675. I did not request any change orders and did not change the scope of the work. I feel like I’m getting a shake down.

We are sorry you feel this way, Mr. D********* as we work very hard to exceed our customer's high expectations. While no change orders were requested, your proposal was always designed as an approximate cost proposal, based on the change in scope of work, as required for project completion, to complete the re-building of the masonry steps and the leveling of concrete sidewalk. Most of our customers wait until they are presented with their final invoice before submitting a payment but you opted to pay us what you perceived was your final balance, resulting in the additional invoice you mentioned. We are transparent and up front about all costs and Geremy let you know before work commenced that there would be an additional cost to complete this project which you said you understood. The final invoice was for the balance of the work that was completed and it remains unpaid. The calibre of our work remains high and you had let our team know that you were satisfied with the end result. We understand that you are upset with your final bill but we remained transparent about the increased cost, reminding you that your proposal was an approximate cost and would increase based on the new project direction that was taken. We are sorry that you are displeased with the final invoice but we stand by our excellent work and craftsmanship.
