            Items I paid for and not fixed, materials purchased, work performed by them but are now having serious problems with some of the installation items and were not aware of those until after the install and they had already left the site. Paid ProTech the last check on 10/03/21 unaware of the problems still at that time. I had a conversation with Casey and Dave his Project Manager/***************************** when I gave them the last check. That was the last verbal communication, the only other communication we had was in a reply to one of my emails on 11/24 promising to give me a call when he gets back in town. I have called dozens of times, left several vm's, text messages, had his ****** answering service try him several times, emails, my wife has emailed him with no response from him or his company whatsoever. It's now February and it's been 4 months since they removed themselves. I just wish they would have been more professional and less Dishonest!!

            Casey was hired for roof tear out and replace, this included guttering. Shingle installation completed with a few roof items remaining incomplete, such as vent cover painting, chimney crown/cap replacement, stack replacement and standard sealant at exposed nail locations, etc.. Guttering removal/install was scheduled to commence 2 weeks after shingle install, Casey wanted full payment upon shingle install complete, stating common practice to receive payment once shingles are installed and gutter replacement scheduled, my bad for being a believer. Payment was made as requested and that was the last of Casey. Made endless attempts to call, Casey has not responded to several vm's or text messages. Casey is dishonest as they come, do not do business with Casey with Pro Tech Exterior, or you'll be writing your own complaint soon afterwards.
