We are renting a storage locker at Prime Storage on N Webb Rd in Wichita, KS, for $21 a month. We signed an agreement and have PAID IN FULL for our locker rental through June 28, 2025 (that's over a year from now). We have been receiving emails from Prime Storage telling us about a rate increase - to $47 a month! That's more than double what our original contract agreement is. We emailed back and tried to call them (they have NOT returned our phone calls or acknowledged our emails) to explain that the contract we signed for our storage rental has been PAID IN FULL through June 28, 2025. They can not increase our rent after we have paid in full. That would be like renting a car and then finding out that instead of X amount per day, we now are to pay Y amount per day. Please resolve this for us. We simply want Prime Storage, Wichita, to acknowledge that we are paid in full through June 28, 2025, and that there will be no increase until that time.Customer response
