            I want to speak with a manager other than the office manager. I called to make a compliant on the lady that sits at the front desk. I spoke to her on 04-28-2022 and she was specifically told I was there to clean out my car and to get my tag because I needed to get my vehicle released to my insurance so they could take it to their total lot. Today, 04-29-2022, my insurance called me saying they won't Kidd's Towing won't release my vehicle and now underwriting wants to charge me. I called back to speak with a manager and the office manager who is also the lady who helped us on 04-28-2022, kept telling me there was no other manager in the office. When I asked for the name of the other manager she told me she would not give me that information and that I could call back. Well first of all, I wanted the name so I specifically could ask for that person by name. This is ridiculous. I never heard of a business refusing to give a managers name. All she was trying to do was to prevent me from filing a compliant on them.

            I used this towing company and they tore up my vehicle. Completely tore off my front bumper and head lights. They did repair my vehicle but never reimbursed me for the tow that they never completed. Instead of dropping vehicle at my house they dropped it in the business parking lot across the street. I would have not posted a bad review since they did attempt to make it right but I was never reimbursed for the tow after doing exactly as they requested. They wanted a copy of my payment to them which I mailed in June and never received anything. So be careful on rainy days when tow truck is hauling in deep water down Woodlawn. This is not the tow service you want.
