      I believed buying a car was a very lengthy process and furthermore just a headache. I happened to come across Banter Auto with an amazing inventory at a very affordable price. Austin helped me through my car buying process effortlessly. From financing to the warranty Austin was on it. I felt my brakes were a little worn on the vehicle and I must say, the mechanics here, “THEY KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING!” It’s a very family oriented establishment and I was even offered lunch by the owner(awesome guy). I don’t know if lunch is always provided, but it was hands down the best car buying experience I could’ve ever expected and if I ever need another vehicle I know where I’m going! Thanks Banter Auto!

      BUYERS BEWARE: If you are looking to buy a vehicle for your family I would encourage anyone and everyone to STAY AWAY from BANTER AUTOMOTIVE. We purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan for our daughter but the panoramic sun shade was not working. We were advised by Banter that they have replaced those before and would have it repaired and working properly. We took it into them several times and we heard the excuses they ordered the wrong part, they thought they had it and it broke again, or my favorite excuse was they just never ordered the part! The owner then finally send it to an Upholstery shop who upon inspection said they would not touch it due to missing pieces, and screws, and they had damaged the track for the shade. Upon hearing this, he stated he was going to take care of it but after the last attempt thru his upholstery shop he would not call us back. Also they had messed up the headliner and didn’t even have it attached correctly!! So after creating around $3500 to $4000 in additional damage, and taking over 60 days which per contract signed should have been done within 30, they refused to actually fix the issue! The owner only wanted to buy the vehicle back. Our daughter loves her car so that was not an option! He would stand behind the damage his techs created and then had the gall of stating that his techs came up and handed him a handful of screws that they never put back on the car! After over 60 days of dealing with this, he refunded us a whopping $850 which will at least fix the headliner but the panoramic sun shade which was identified and written to be fixed in contract will be out of our pocket!! So buyer beware Banter Automotive are a bunch of unethical crooks who do not follow their own contract promises and actually create more damage that they don’t have expertise to fix! Since we shared our experience, we have also been told of others that have had the same experience with this dealership!!

      This was quite an ordeal to say the least. The headliner was never operational we purchased the car with it not working, the car then sold and the sales person promised the repair of the sun roof shade, that's when the incorrect parts started to be ordered and the situation began. Our shop should of never attempted the repair and had it contracted out. When I was made aware of the issue we had ordered 3 sun shades in. so we referred to the outside shop finding out the extremeness of the problem. The Lowe's were offered a full refund for the vehicle because we were unable to repair afford the sun shade. They claimed to be fond of the car and requested another settlement, which is where we agreed on the $850 which has been paid. Our faults in this were the inability of repairing the sun shade, our strength was that we didn't give up until we had agreed on a resolution. To finally add the sales person involved and all shop employee's are no longer with the company.
