This place is a joke. They don't fix anything they just mask issues. They are nothing more than Snakes and will take your money and just not care if car breaks before the temp tag expires. They basically took my daughter's money and refuse to help her. Mask issues, say they fix things when they don't. Terrible business practice

1 Star is too generous for our experience with this dealership. I do not recommend buying from them. We only had the car for 1.5 months before it blew the head gasket. We bought it for over 10k with tax. It was giving engine light codes the day we brought it home, and instead of fixing the problem, they cleared the codes. They said they would fix the camshaft sensors but they replaced a different part without saying anything, told us they fixed the camshaft. They dont know what they are doing. Engine codes would come on and off. They offered us only 3k for a return (told us value is 5500 so that makes no sense) and won't fix the engine because of warranty being passed 30 days. It still has the 60 day tag and we never got the title. Told us not to worry about the codes. Strung us along until our warranty expired. DO NOT BUY.

This company strung me along through several rounds of contract paperwork. I was told I was denied a loan by the bank I use for my banking. I called the bank, was preapproved for well over the loan amount, but no application was ever filed. They just wanted to trap me in a bad deal. The car almost immediately showed check engine light issues which resulted in transmission and wiring issues. They attempted to tell me I could not bring the car back and collect mine because they had been paid by the bank (I have the texts), which was a lie, because no paperwork had been signed/approved by the bank (according to them on approval status). They claimed the car had absolutely no issues, which would indicate they cleared error codes just to sell the car. I went back to cancel the deal, spoke to the bank about being preapproved with no application in front of them to prove they lied. They also told me they worked directly with the bank I requested the loan from, but when I proved they didn't even send an application, they backtracked and told me they do not work with them, and tried to lead me on saying it's two different departments so I did truly get denied (again, how without an application filed?). They got angry and threatened to call the cops, but ultimately knew they were in the wrong, so I got my car back without getting stuck in a bad deal FORTUNATELY. I left a review to warn other potential customers about what they might be up against. The owner promptly called me telling me not to threaten their business or say anything on social media because he takes it personally. I described to him what happened, told him I will not be threatened, so do not call me attempting to do so. Told him the way they handled the business tells me they do bad business. He angered even more, said "fuck you punk" and hung up on me. I would imagine customers are getting denied loans often with bad intensions on the dealers part, adding "service packages" that are never explained AT ALL.

I bought a car 10-31. I have put 3 grand in it so far, and the 60 day tag expires tomorrow. I have been out of the car for 3 weeks. I was told by Nick at time of sale if I had any problems come back, and they take care of it. Went up there to find out Nick was bought out; they had my car 4 days when I asked if they had a loaner car or anything, I was met with a terrible attitude told they don't offer loaner cars. They refused to fix my car and told me to come get my car. This was last week; bad weather; and right before Xmas. I spent money ubering back and fourth; cost of repairs; and was unable to travel to see my family for Xmas. I was able to get it into my regular mechanic, who allowed me to look underneath while it was on the lift. Whole underneath rusted....East coast flood car. SMH IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY HERE.
