The salesman made lots of promises that were false. He told us how we would get free house supplies each month through this special program. The points you get each month don’t even cover the ridiculous shipping. The salesman told us it would be super easy to install the water softener and even went with us to look where it would go to “make sure” our house was compatible. Fast forward to the technicians coming out to install. It was not an easy install at all. I know have a cramped utility closet where I can’t even access my water heater. The cut so many holes in my ceiling and did no patching at all. I have screwed on drywall pieces that are jagged and look awful. The WiFi app doesn’t even work either. The water felt soft for maybe 2 months before it went back to normal. We were never told the total amount financed and instead just an idea of a monthly payment and told “most people have it paid off in 3 years”. We were charged over 9k and will definitely not have it paid off anywhere near 3 years. Awful service. Awful product. A bunch of talk with no follow through.Moore Water & Air Response

I have used water softeners my whole life, but this one is different. Yes, the water is soft, but it is also chlorine-free. My old Culligan softener used over 50 pounds of salt a month, whereas this system only goes through 50 pounds every 3-4 months. The reduced salt usage and the convenience of not having to add it all the time are worth it to me. This system comes with a lifetime warranty and Wi-Fi with leak detection. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. This system may not be the cheapest, but it is the best!Moore Water & Air Response

Fading came out to our place this afternoon to do his presentation. He was here about an hrs n a half, maybe more. Very personable young man. Did a great job on selling us. This companies sales tactics are not my favorite, but I understand why they do it. I signed my wife and I up for a Home Depot raffle and they let us know we “won” a free water test and a knife set. The sales rep came over and gave us his presentation. The demonstration was a little under two hours long, but I actually didn’t mind. It was quite informative and entertaining (really shows how nasty city water is!) The thing I did not appreciate was being pressured to buy the product with a special “one time only” deal. This type of sales tactic is predatory and we totally fell for it. The reason I am leaving a positive review is that the cancellation process is free and did not require any hassle. I appreciated the ease I had canceling the installation. From what I can tell, this seems to be a good company that is genuinely passionate about the product. My only gripe is the predatory “must buy now” sales tactic. If you are thinking about having a guy come do the water test, do it! It’s quite fun and, at least in our case, the sales rep was a joy; however, don’t let them pressure you into a loan for a product you haven’t had the opportunity to research and price compare. The installation fee, tax, etc is worth the cost for piece of mind that you bought a good product that you can afford. Would consider this product when our financial situation is more comfortable.Moore Water & Air Response

We ordered a fridge through Home Depot and was told that it came with a free water testing service to come out and inspect our water quality. We scheduled the appointment and the day of they called us to confirm. They couldn’t reach me as I was at work so they called my fiance and told her she would have to be there as well as me so she canceled her appointment for that afternoon for something else and returned home. When I called them an hour later they asked if we were even interested in upgrading our water service and I said it was a possibility but we aren’t certain about anything. I was then told that they were cancelling our appointment because a representative called in sick. This was one hour before our appointment in which I had left work early to go home for. On top of this they lied to us as well. Do not use this company unless you want untrustworthy service and unprofessionalism.Moore Water & Air Response

Shady practices. Got a call saying I was entered into the final drawing for a washer and dryer set. Ok cool, however, as a appreciation for entering they were going to provide us with free water testing and a free gift. Ok, so when the dude (Kyler) gets there to do the water test coming to find out he is trying to sell us this water treatment system. He arrived at 8pm, and didn't leave until 10:30pm. In the meantime we got pressured into signing up for this system with no time to discuss budget options. He also seemed really shocked that my fiance and I are not married. Like that has anything to do with selling a water system. And the fact that they wanted both of us there is also weird. I called and canceled the very next morning. I also requested to speak with the financial department since I received loan papers to sign in my email at 11:59pm this very night. Super suspicious to me since I personally have a fraud alert on all my credit bureau reports that says any company that might issue a line of credit has to call to verify that it is actually me. I still have not heard back from the financial department even after making a secondary call to them again requested to speak to financial department. I already spoke with the Time Investment Company, which is the finance company they use about these papers as well, and they are just as bad trying to deflect from the fact that they didn't call to verify my identity before sending loan papers to sign. They also have a really bad customer rating with the BBB. After reading reviews about this company I am SO GLAD i canceled the the whole thing. Do Not Fall For This Scam.Moore Water & Air Response

Mrs. S*****, You are entered to win the washer and dryer set; we give one away every year. You scheduled an appointment for 8pm and decided that night to purchase. The next day you canceled your order. We ask that both homeowners are home so that if there are any questions, we can answer them for whoever is living in the home. You got an automatic email that is sent out following paperwork being filled out, and since you all had us out so late, that email was sent late. Moore Water has been in business since 1981. We are far from a scam and are very well respected in the water industry and by our tens of thousands of satisfied customer. We strive to provide a great customer experience and I am sincerely sorry we missed the mark with you. At this point I am not sure what resolution you are looking for. You invited us to your home and were obviously interested enough to start the purchase process. The next day you decided to cancel your order, which we did right away. They don’t know the difference between the top and bottom of a water softener they charged me 8000 and could not connect it to the WiFi so I could monitor it from my phone and a year later came out to service it because the salt would not go down and they told me to use a sledgehammer to break up the salt and I told them to use their own and break up the salt. I made a appointment for 3-5-2014 and I took off work all day and I called the office at 5 pm and they said I would have to reschedule they were too busy.please do yourself a favor and buy one at Home Depot or Lowe’s and hire a plumber to put it inMoore Water & Air Response

Warning, what a ripoff! I agreed to have a Moore representative come to my house to test my water after being approached at at Lowes in Wichita. He spent several hours at my house performing chemical reactions with my water supply that I was already was aware was hard. He informed me that the water purification system was only $24.90 a month which I thought was a rental, and it would be returned when, and if, I moved. He was very anxious to have it installed within a few days. The installer arrived and took 2 hours to install not only the reverse osmosis system but a large tank that takes up almost all the space under my kitchen sink. He then showed me a 17 page contract that would have taken another 2 hours to read. He quickly flipped each page to have me sign. I asked what would happen if I moved and he said that I could take it with me. It turned out that I had agreed to pay $2,095 for a drinking water dispenser that I could have gotten a $20 Brita Pitcher for. What company has you sign a contract after they have installed the product? I was surprised that another customer paid only $600. This was a predatory arraignment and I suspect they target seniors. Yes, I know that I should have read the contract first, so I am stuck with paying this probably for the rest of my life.Moore Water & Air Response

The system has provided clean good tasting water. The only negative is the compressor motor when it comes on it is fastened directly to the cabinet and the cabinet is directly over the air vent and the noise travels to the other room thru the duct work. I don't hear it but my wife does as that is her sleeping area. But the benefit is great and makes us more healthy at our age....Moore Water & Air Response
