      We had a RO System, Water Softener, and Iron machine installed by Culligan in May 2022. We paid our bill on time every month, until they stopped delivering salt all together. We stopped paying deliberately because no one would call us back, respond to emails or anything. Broken Equipment: Since late 2022 we had broken equipment in our basement. The tech they sent to us didn't even know what it was for (chlorinator). They ordered a part over a year ago, and never followed up to fix it, so its just sitting there, it also flooded the basement. Communication: I called 5 separate times to request service for the RO system to get a new filter (they're supposed to provide). I even emailed, no response. They're impossible to communicate with. The only communication we receive is about billing, no filter replacements, service, we contacted them at the end of May, we no longer live in the house, nor do we own it. No response from anyone. Still being billed. No Salt: Since December 2023 we received no salt deliveries. This service is expensive, and we're paying for salt and buying our own salt as well, because they're not delivering it.

      I should have known from the start. This is gonna be a bad relationship. Upon installation, I had a leak under my kitchen sink from the RO system I had installed. They came out the next day and fixed it when I was left with my brand new cabinet Ruined inside. I shook it off and continued service with them for a few more years. Recently, I had my filters in that same RO system replaced and the technician accident pulled out my drain tube from my dishwasher. I didn’t find out until I ran the dishwasher that night and had water flooding out from underneath it. There was no way it could be my dishwasher fault. It was only four years old and I never had a problem with it. Supervisor came out the next morning to see where this leak was coming from and that is when we figured out it was the drain to, that had been pulled out. They immediately said it was not their fault, but if the technician hadn’t pulled the tube this wouldn’t have happened. They wanted me to file a home insurance claim and I asked why because it was their fault. I was informed I would be hearing from a general manager later that day. I never heard from him. On Monday, I texted the supervisor that came out on Friday And he immediately denied Saying I was gonna get a call back that day. Fast forward to me finally getting a hold of the general manager. I told him I’ve already dried up everything and I am in the process of replacing my flooring that I thankfully had some left over all. I asked him to do was take care of my furniture that have been ruined because of the flood. That was a table that I’ve had for about 20 years and the Finish on the top was ruined. He agreed to fixing it and I would supply a quote. After I gave him a quote, he dodged me for weeks. After two months, he finally came back and said that the claim had been denied that it wasn’t their fault. He said there had been an investigation, even though I had never heard from anyone And the only thing he could do was offer me a $250 credit.
