      I should have known from the start. This is gonna be a bad relationship. Upon installation, I had a leak under my kitchen sink from the RO system I had installed. They came out the next day and fixed it when I was left with my brand new cabinet Ruined inside. I shook it off and continued service with them for a few more years. Recently, I had my filters in that same RO system replaced and the technician accident pulled out my drain tube from my dishwasher. I didn’t find out until I ran the dishwasher that night and had water flooding out from underneath it. There was no way it could be my dishwasher fault. It was only four years old and I never had a problem with it. Supervisor came out the next morning to see where this leak was coming from and that is when we figured out it was the drain to, that had been pulled out. They immediately said it was not their fault, but if the technician hadn’t pulled the tube this wouldn’t have happened. They wanted me to file a home insurance claim and I asked why because it was their fault. I was informed I would be hearing from a general manager later that day. I never heard from him. On Monday, I texted the supervisor that came out on Friday And he immediately denied Saying I was gonna get a call back that day. Fast forward to me finally getting a hold of the general manager. I told him I’ve already dried up everything and I am in the process of replacing my flooring that I thankfully had some left over all. I asked him to do was take care of my furniture that have been ruined because of the flood. That was a table that I’ve had for about 20 years and the Finish on the top was ruined. He agreed to fixing it and I would supply a quote. After I gave him a quote, he dodged me for weeks. After two months, he finally came back and said that the claim had been denied that it wasn’t their fault. He said there had been an investigation, even though I had never heard from anyone And the only thing he could do was offer me a $250 credit.

Fri, Jun 14 at 9:28 AM Today 6/14/24 around 9am, after 8 days of this request, after chatting with someone and email with NO ANSWER and non DELIVERY, I've spoke with Daniel and Andy asking for my REFUND which she said is on the way!' Today is 2/27/24 and still no REFUND!

      Do Not start service with this company!!! This has been the worst experience of my life!! I have tried to cancel with them since January 2024 and we are in May 2024 and they do not come to pick up the system and are saying I am still responsible to pay my account because, the system is still in the residence. Ive already made several attempts and appoinments for a pick up But, they always give me the run around as to why tech couldnt pick up the system. I've spoken with Lizette which is the worst! I've also spoken with Jessica and Emily and they always say I dont understand the notes on your account! Umm those are your notes!! and now everytime I call someone named Norma answers and is saying the other people are out to lunch and they will reach back! Whatever you do, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE!! THIS REVIEW IS FOR CULLIGAN OF ONTARIO ON BURGUNDY PLACE

      Kind of like in water is the worst experience of my life thank you calling me and harassing me for $36.50 something said that I didn't have less money I didn't know that I owe them anything because I have been paying $77 from water they are ridiculous and they harass people and I would never purchase anything from him again how you going to pay bills and then they going to tell you and then they just decide when they want you to pay and how much they raise their prices for and then I end up getting a bill and that I shouldn't even have so I'm kind of like over them I would never and I wouldn't ask people to check their Bills.... I would never purchase water from them ever again

      Culligan bought out Rayne Water and then started adding more and more fees. They are two weeks late delivery water filtering tanks. I saw another added fee on my charge card and no email for explanation. Why is there a delivery fee? Never had this with Rayne. I'm going to cancel soon.

      Bait and switch. I was promised a free service and salt plan for a year, but then was charged for it and while I was verbally promised one by the salesperson, he failed to put it in writing later. Also, shoddy installation.

      I've been paying for soft water for over a year. After not going through as much salt as we thought we should after six months, we requested service. The service tech stated that our softener was malfunctioning from day one. Afterwards, the service department said the technician was wrong, and only refunded half of the amount paid during this time. Now my water softener, recently replaced, is leaking. I have spent hundreds of dollars, I have yet to experience soft water, and now my house is flooded. I would look into to literally any other water softening system, or go without, before getting involved with Culligan again.

      Absolutely the worst experience of my entire life from day one was promised remove my old system I had to load the old equiptment on their truck with the broken tommy gate myself day one install water was set up right smelled sulfur cold side year later still smells on cold side three years later smells on cold side my bill went up to 100 dollars a month i called corp. because stinky water issue not resolved Mr. H*** himself came over took no water samples adjusted the settings on softner now burning 8 bags salt a month for one person i c***ed corp. again got a call where coming to remove your system cant make you happy i never missed a payment in over three years suppose to deliver salt they did not on time at *** never deal with Culligan you do you will be sorry i uninstalled there equipment took them a week to pick it up from start to finish a horrible experience

      This is an absolutely terrible company. I had been overcharged consistently after the first bill. They claimed that I was always up to date with my bills, but was still receiving texts that I was behind or late. I finally gave up and ended the contract, returned all of the equipment, made sure that the balance was cleared so that they didn't send me anything about it, and was told that I would not be getting my deposits back (because the bottles were still full) and that they had a report stating that there were three bottles missing. I was, also, told that I would not be receiving a refund on my over pay (again, this was done to clear the balance and to stop receiving the late payment texts), as well as that I would not even qualify for one anyway because according to my account, I was behind. The reason I even canceled was because I was double charged in one month, and even after removing the double charges, I was still being overcharged because it was not reflecting on my account that the charges were removed. Would not recommend anyone setting up contracts with this company. It honestly feels like a scam at this point.

      Terrible company with terrible customer service. I was sold a $3000 water filter system that was “guaranteed” to remove the iron from my water. A man came to my house, tested my water and guaranteed that this system was “top of the line” and exactly what we needed for clean, drinkable well water. He told us that purchasing the system was much better than renting it from them because we would get FIVE years of free maintenance but that was all an absolute lie. After purchasing the system and having to repeatedly call them to fix it we came to find out the free maintenance was only one year not five as the salesman quoted us. The system is terrible. We have had to call maintenance to come out at least five different times in the last year and a half because the system doesn’t work. Every single thing in my house turns orange STILL. The iron is so bad. Even with their top-of-the-line $3000 filter, it stains our laundry. When I call them to come look at it, it takes them weeks to get here. Last time they came out to fix my system I was told someone would be here in the afternoon. I called around 3:30 PM because nobody had been here to be told I was still on the list and they worked until they finished. I was guaranteed that someone would still be here that day, nobody showed up. I called the next morning for them to tell me that someone was at my house around noon the day before. LIES! Why would I still be on the schedule at 3:30 if someone was here at noon? They told me nobody would be able to come back for TWO WEEKS! I was home and sitting beside my door all day! Nobody was here! I had to lose two days wages and then they sent me a bill for $135.00! THE SYSTEM HAS NEVER WORKED! Why am I paying to fix something that had NEVER worked!? Now I’m being told that my well water is “too bad” for the “top of the line” system I was guaranteed to work. Why did they tell me this was what I needed after testing the water! THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS WASTED!!! I could cry.
