Transaction date: 02.19.2024 Order************ Price: 79.48 paid in full Called on February 21, 2024 after they said it was delivered, when I opened the package it was not boys jeans (what I ordered). A clearance adult sweatshirt, and hat were in the package (not even close to what I paid). I called the Customer Service and she told me in order to receive what I actually ordered I had to go to UPS and return what they sent me, that I DID NOT ORDER, first. I told her I was leaving for Jamaica, and would not be back until 02.29.24, she said that was okay (I don't think it should've been up to me to drive somewhere to return their mistake). Then I found an email that cancelled my actual order for the jeans, and they kept the money, when I returned from Jamaica.Initial Complaint

Purchased ******* ******* ** ******* *** **** ********** Jacket Navy Large on March 26, 2021. Wore the jacket 4 times in winter 2022. Tried to wear the jacket for the 5th time last week but the zipper broke. Contacted seller to request assistance with refund, replacement, or repair. Seller would not provide any assistance. Just want to return the jacket at this point. Purchased for $****** through ********** Order# *******************.
