            i paid cash$ 1300cash for a ********** ******* pleged with contueal problems it finely quit running. now the business wont answer the phone it goes right to vioce mail. this has been going on 7 months.no other company will work on it because its from china. other shops claim they simplely cant get parts. the scooter is off warentee but still cant contact best buy forservice

            Dropped off two Jeeps for repairs 3+ months ago and havent been able to reach anyone regarding repair status.no return calls and cannot reach anyone.

            Customer dropped off units without an appointment. Was told that it would be some time before we could get to them as there was a long list of customers with appointments ahead of him. He chose to leave them anyway. We are open tue-fri so getting ahold of us or stopping by during normal business hours should not be that difficult. We are down a mechanic and had to temporarily close down for covid which has also delayed all repairs.

            The owners response is nonsense! We have had multiple issues with the products and have dropped them off in the past with no appointment! When we arrived with the Jeeps I was surprised when he asked if I had an appointment? I said , NO and the response was it will be several WEEKS before they can repair but OK to leave. It has been well over 6 months and no return calls and or updates regarding repair status!! There is NO excuse for this level of terrible customer service and I would highly recommend people STAY AWAY from this joke of a company!!! You can find this same cheap chinese junk for less on the internet.
