Worst place in the world to take your pet. I called ahead in an emergency and they told me they could get the dog in. After waiting 40 minutes and I don't know how many tests they told me to take him elsewhere because it was almost 5:00 on a Friday and they didn't have anyone to take care of animals over the weekends. The service was a disgrace to **** ******* who was beloved in ******** ****** KY.

This is not easy but I really feel like I have been let down so badly by grants lick veterinary hospital I took my kitten here yesterday as an emergency as he wasn't breathing well and looked weak. Once there he was taken to the back and given oxygen. I was told his breathing is labored when the air was taken away so they will keep it on him. We were then given an estimate of cost and told this is what we recommend but it's your call. My daughter who was with me worked as a vet assistant and said there's no need for a leukemia test but we were then told it's already been done!!!! She also said no to the xray and again it was done so im not sure if they think if you take your cat to a vet you have a vast amount of extra cash!!!! I was then told he was to spend the night there and see how he is in the morning. He was sitting up and looked better than when he came in but not well enough to leave. I got a call this.morning by a happy sounding lady who left a message telling to call only to be told my kitten had dies during the night. Apparently they don't leave the oxygen running at night so turned it OFF!!!!! after being told he needed it and then turn it off at night!!!!!!!! No wonder the poor little guy died!!!! No one is here at night they said. With the money I was charged nearly $600 why wasn't someone there to look over him. I paid enough ! So my fur baby died alone in a place he didn't know.... I'm sooooo disappointed and saddened by the way my Lil guy was cared for. I paid a large amount for what? For him to be allowed to breathe on his own know that was a big reason for him being there!!!! Safe to say I won't trust my other pets with this business. I'm one that found out the hard way......

Doctor David L**** is a horrible person! I thought that as a team, "[Our] mission is to provide high quality veterinary care in a compassionate manner by utilizing effective client communication," which is the last thing Dr L**** did with me! In the end, he was very offensive, condescending and arrogant, and deserves to be fired! His customer service turned me off to the entire clinic unfortunately. I was very displeased and forced to take my business elsewhere.
