On August 28, I went through the car wash. The man (manager) did not fold my drivers side mirror in all the way. I was unable to tell him, because the car wash had already begun. During the wash it tore my mirror off. The manager made an incident report, and said I'd hear back within 7 days. I left several messages for the customer service department and manager, and did hear back until day 11...after I left a poor facebook review. The manager (who didn't fold the mirror in properly) called and said my claim was denied because there was a prior crack in my mirror.. which was not true. When I told him that, he said he'd have to call me back. When he called back a few minutes later, he said it was denied because my vehicle is more than 7 years old! This is a 900$ part! I am driving illegally with no mirror! Then **** the manager in question), said for me to call customer service and put in extension *** for **** (his supervisor). There is no prompt to dial any extension! I've gotten nothing but the run around and lies! *** can't even take responsibility for his mistake!
