I’ve been very disappointed with MCCU these past few months. I had an issue a few months back with them allowing charges to go through when I don’t have overdraft protection enabled on my account. They had a system upgrade and failed to notify people that a new app was required. Most recently, I received two courtesy pay fees on transactions that show I had a positive balance at the time they went through. Megan at the Cannonsburg location advised she’d have to have someone look into it when I stopped by. The following business day, she called me during work hours on my home phone when I advised her that she should call me on my cell. They only wanted to fix one of the fees. When calling back, I had someone immediately disconnect on me. Called back two more times and it rang forever and went to a voicemail box. Skyler on the message service in the app finally replied at the end of the day and gave me information that doesn’t match what their banking records show on my end. I am very unhappy with how they have been unable to help me with my issues and I feel as if I’m intentionally being given the runaround. I would not recommend them after this experience and will be looking to go to another bank or CU shortly.
