I have just recently received a bill from 2019. It’s now June 2022. Aspen dental is stating I need to pay approximately 800 dollars. Also I have called two insurance providers who I had at the time and one denies ever receiving a claim they will be sending the confirmation letter out this weeks stating no claims were filed and that I did have insurance coverage at the time of that procedure by aspens dental . Aspen dental confirmed I had two insurances so they knew and confirmed I had two insurance at the time. I feel like they have committed fraud. I feel like o should not be at fault for a mistake. I believe if I were to pay it should be after my insurance went through. My insurance states after 27 months a claim cannot be filed so I will be left with a 800 dollar bill from may 2019. I feel like the billing. Department has lied. Also they have billed me for my fathers procedure and it was on my bill. Aspen dental needs evaluated in the billing department
