I have been in contact with Airtek for over a month now. I originally contacted them to replace a compressor in my hvac unit. I had another contractor diagnose the problem. My unit is under warranty therefore I had to utilize an ********* dealer to get the compressor under warranty. Airtek came out and ordered 3 other parts that were not the compressor. I waited 2 weeks for those parts to come in. They replaced those parts and then decided that the compressor needed replaced. They ordered the compressor. I waited an additional 2 weeks. They have stated 3 times now that they would be at my home to install parts and have not showed. I have been calling into work so that I’m home for these repairs. I messaged a lady named **** this morning to ask what time the tech would be here. I got no response. I finally called and she said that she’s uncertain that anyone is going to be at my home today. This makes the 3rd time that I have not went into work for this service to be performed. It’s been over a month and I do not have air conditioning. This is the only contractor that I can work with due to my warranty. It’s 90 degrees outside. My children are hot. I am hot. This is absolutely inexcusable. They have replaced parts that didn’t need replaced. They have ignored my calls. They have scheduled visits and just simply didn’t show. I’m at a loss. I just want my hvac unit repaired.
